Government / Institutional Interiors
Income Tax Office, Mumbai

In 2018 Laxmi Lumber extended its eight-decade timber expertise into turnkey interiors, partnering with Swadeshi Infrastructure on the Income Tax Office in Mumbai.
The project drew on the full vertical capability of the group — timber, plywood from Mahalaxmi Woodcraft, and laminates from Nobel Laminate — to deliver durable, professional government-grade interiors.
It marked the start of Laxmi Lumber's interiors vertical, applying material knowledge built since 1938 to complete fit-out delivery.
